Mari was born in Japan, and is the mother of two athletes.

She started to study reflexology after her son suffered a bad foot injury. While finding ways to help him, she came across a research where athletes stimulate their soles of their feet to prevent injury and maintain healthiness.

Through researching, she became interested in reflexology and found that there are many positive effects on athletes, such an increased concentration and perseverance, development of motor nerves, less frustration, and increased immunity of the body. That was the moment she decided to become a reflexologist.

After offering weekly reflexology to her sons, they have suffered less injuries, and has shown signs of a healthier body and mind. She would like to help other athletes to be in their best condition and  succeed in their sports.

She received her diploma in Reflexology from Seattle Reflexology and Massage School and is certified by Washington State (RF 61025630)
